At Hirna Bakes, every order is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and made especially for you. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods, including:

  • Custom cakes

  • Cupcakes

  • Treat boxes

  • Any made-to-order or perishable items

Once an order has been collected or delivered, it cannot be returned.
